The 116' long dock features shore power and can accommodate a 50' power boat or a sail boat with retractable keel and 40' mast, even at low tide. Access to the ocean is easy since yards away is a bridge which allows for passage of up to a 40' mast. The Island directly across the canal is a bird sanctuary. The two houses are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees. There's a picnic area with an umbrella table, Weber gas grill, Jacuzzi, and sun deck.
