Activities abound in the keys. You can cruise the canals during the day and secure the boat at our dock in the evening. There's a bird sanctuary just
across the flow-thru canal which lends to hours of tranquil bird watching. Access to the ocean is easy from the very same canal since only yards away is a bridge which allows passage of boats with up to 40' masts (for more info on dock see
Accommodations).
There are many interesting opportunities within a short distance of the house. Magnificent Golf courses that are sure to please any golfer are nearby. There's a great restaurant within walking distance. Plus a one-of-a-kind marina where you can actually hand feed the Tarpon.
Key West offers many spectacles and attractions. It's also well known for interesting artwork depicting Florida's natural wildlife, especially manatees and dolphins. There are also many fine shops there and every evening the locals put on a show just for your enjoyment. A trip to the Keys just isn't complete without a visit to Key West.
Many charters are available. If exploring the underwater world is your favorite past time, we will organize a dive trip for you. Fishing charters are also available. There's even a sea plane trip to historic FT. Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas. Oh yes, one last thing, the Sunsets are unbelievable! |
