The main house is 2 stories and stands just a few steps from the 116' dock and picnic area. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living area with sleeper, dining area, full kitchen, and a jacuzzi (for more details see

Well, how about a second one story house (the "Keys House") surrounded by a beautiful lawn and swaying palm trees. This building features 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining area, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. It can be rented as a 3 bedroom suite or combined with the main house to accommodate large groups (see
floor plans).
Both homes are centrally air-conditioned with ceramic tile and berber carpet covering the floors. Each living room is equipped with a color TV, VCR and extended cable. Kitchens are fully equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils you may need. All bathrooms are equipped with a blow dryer and curling iron just in case you forget yours (for more details see

The property is 400' deep by 116' wide and sits on one of the few flow-through waterways in the Keys. The 116' long dock features shore power and can accommodate a 50' power boat or a sail boat with retractable keel and 40' mast, even at low tide. Access to the ocean is easy since yards away is a bridge which allows for passage of up to a 40' mast. The Island directly across the canal is a bird sanctuary. The two houses are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees. There's a picnic area with an umbrella table, Weber gas grill, Jacuzzi, and sun deck.
